Completions Management System
About Aletheia CMS
Aletheia CMS™ is an Australian owned company, the system is designed for use with Microsoft© Windows and is a web-based application.
Aletheia CMS was initially created in 2008 by a team of qualified and experienced multi-discipline project engineers and managers, from Safety, Quality, Planning, Construction, Completions, Commissioning, Operations areas of expertise.
Aletheia CMS has since been the subject of continuous development and upgrade, in order to provide the optimal Completions Management System, which Aletheia CMS represents today.
Aletheia CMS has been developed and configured to allow any client project management team to easily set-up and manage the application to their own specific requirements, following a few simple steps.
- Handover transparency.
- Check Sheets completion and progress.
- Punch Lists management.
Aletheia CMS is supplied with 32 Additional Modules; optional functions that allow greater project management in areas sometimes overlooked by projects. These additional modules are supplied at no additional cost, and the project can simply activate or deactivate these functions at any time during the project’s lifetime.
Aletheia CMS is configured to accommodate various types of projects, whether large or small, the flexibility is built in. A range of optional modules are included within Aletheia CMS, allowing the project team to set up the database, to optimise performance based on their own application criteria. There is no further development required for these optional modules and they can be activated or deactivated at any stage, to accommodate changes which may occur, as a project develops.
Safety has been a major consideration in the design of Aletheia CMS, which has ‘sign off’ validation rules built in, to stop energisation of equipment or systems until they are safe to do so.
Some validation rules are,
- Check sheets, you cannot sign off a pre-commissioning check sheets until the corresponding construction check sheet is complete and signed off in Aletheia CMS.
- **System Handover. A system cannot be handover over unless all sub-systems are complete, including check sheet completion, and safety critical punch lists are complete.
- Once check sheets, punch lists or handovers are complete, they cannot be deleted.
- Preservation, if this option is used. We plan a preservation start and end date, and preservation periodicity dates within this time frame, for equipment. If we do not complete an equipment preservation routine on or before the planned date, we cannot ‘back date’ completion.
** System Handovers, systems and sub-system can be handed over with exceptions, the exceptions are listed at a system exceptions stage with a secondary Exception handover automatically created. Sub-System handover can occur a discipline level, should a project require this, again all handover validation rules apply.
Why Aletheia CMS?
Aletheia CMS, is without doubt one of the most comprehensive and flexible completions applications currently available to complete the tasks associated with the verification of project deliverables.
Within the background of the application, logic validation is being performed to detect any inconsistency or discrepancy, to ensure the Completions Management process and handover protocol is maintained, to ensure safe deliverable of critical handovers.
The simplicity of Aletheia CMS allows users to be quickly trained and ensures your specific project CMS can be established very quickly with the minimum of effort. It is worth noting that simplicity does not infer any inadequacy in function, in fact, Aletheia CMS is an incredibly powerful tool, providing accurate real time completions progress monitoring and reporting, as well as:
- Full technical support
- Full documentation suite
- Off the shelf, ready to use; no further development needed
- Easy to use, user friendly
- Not from various sources; everything’s in one place
- And much more…
Project Completions Management performed in one place, by one team and not from a variety of different resources. “Do it once, do it right, save time and save cost.”
